About Mailybox

Email is a system. Mailybox helps you see the system.

Most email problems are not caused by one record, one provider or one message. Mailybox connects the evidence so the real question can be answered: what is happening, why, and what should be verified next?

Our approach

Mailybox is designed around evidence. Public DNS records, message headers, SMTP responses, authentication identities and provider requirements are evaluated in context instead of being reduced to isolated pass/fail badges.

Independent by design

Mailybox is not a mailbox provider and does not sell sending infrastructure. Diagnostic results are intended to make configuration and troubleshooting decisions easier without steering the outcome toward a specific delivery vendor.

Useful before and after a change

A strong diagnostic tool should not only identify a problem. It should also help you model the proposed correction and verify the state after the change. That principle drives the simulation and retesting workflow across Mailybox.

Clear limits, better decisions

Email deliverability depends on factors that are not fully visible from public DNS or a single message. Mailybox distinguishes observed evidence from inference and avoids presenting an infrastructure score as a guarantee of inbox placement or message safety.
