Information you submit for analysis
Some Mailybox tools accept domains, DNS records, email headers, SMTP transcripts, bounce messages or HTML source. This information is used to return the requested analysis. We encourage you to remove message-body content, personal correspondence and secrets that are not necessary for diagnosis.
File handling
When an .eml file is selected in tools that support it, the interface removes the message body in your browser before submitting the header section for analysis. Do not submit confidential information that is not required for the requested diagnostic result.
Public network lookups
Domain tools query public internet resources such as DNS. Those requests can be observed by the network services involved in resolving or serving the requested public information.
Technical and security data
We may process limited request metadata, including IP address, timestamps, user agent, request path and security events, to protect the service, prevent abuse and diagnose availability issues. Diagnostic inputs are not used to build advertising profiles.

Advertising and measurement
Mailybox may use advertising or measurement services. If Google AdSense is enabled, Google and other third-party vendors may place or read cookies, use web beacons, IP addresses or other identifiers for ad delivery, fraud prevention, measurement and, where permitted, personalization. Google may use advertising cookies to serve ads based on a user’s visits to this and other sites. Where required, consent choices are presented through an appropriate consent mechanism before non-essential advertising or measurement technologies are activated. Data retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, security, legal obligations and service integrity. Retention periods can differ by data category.
Your choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection relating to personal data. Use the contact page to make a privacy request.
Children
Mailybox is intended for professional and general technical use and is not directed to children under 13.
