Using Mailybox
You may use Mailybox for lawful diagnostic, administrative, development, security and educational purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to submit any information you provide to the service.
Prohibited use
You may not use Mailybox to unlawfully access systems, evade security controls, facilitate spam, impersonation, fraud, harassment, malware delivery or other abusive activity. Automated use that materially degrades service availability or bypasses published access controls is prohibited.
Diagnostic results
Results are based on the evidence available at the time of analysis. DNS, routing, provider policies and message-level conditions can change. Scores, findings and simulations are decision-support information and are not guarantees of inbox placement, message authenticity, legal compliance, security or future provider behavior.
Third-party systems
Mailybox may identify or reference mailbox providers, sending platforms and internet standards. Those names belong to their respective owners. Mailybox is not endorsed by or affiliated with those providers unless expressly stated.
Service availability
We may change, limit or discontinue features when necessary to maintain security, reliability, legal compliance or product quality. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Intellectual property
The Mailybox name, interface, original content and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain rights in information you submit, subject to the limited processing necessary to provide the requested service.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mailybox is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Mailybox is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.
